This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
